  • General Counselling

    Individual counselling can cover anything you might wish to focus on, or, if you don’t really know where to start we can work together to unpack any confusion or sense of things not being right. To give you an idea, many counselling topics can include relationship breakdowns, stress, lacking direction or purpose, confidence and self-esteem issues, burnout and fatigue etc.

  • Couples Counselling

    Sometimes your relationship needs a tune-up, and sometimes it needs a complete overhaul. Whatever your relationship concerns are, let couples counselling help bring you back to a space of emotional connection and intimacy. We use the Gottman Method along with other techniques to help you explore your relationship and make meaningful change.

  • NDIS - Self and Plan Managed Participants

    Counselling is available for those NDIS participants and their caregivers who are under a Self or Plan Managed agreement. In-home services are available on the Sunshine Coast. Please get in contact for details.

  • EAP Services

    EAP - For Businesses

    If you’re a small to medium sized business who wants a tailored EAP service, you’ve come to the right place. We offer affordable, yet boutique EAP services to companies who value their employee’s wellbeing. Completely confidential and flexible, depending on your employee’s needs.

  • Spiritual Counselling

    I practice a holistic style of counselling that looks at you as a whole person, and may focus on concerns of the soul, as well as the body and mind. I can assist you to find balance and integration with all aspects of the Self. This style of counselling is available for those who may be open and curious to explore more of their soul.

  • SESSION FEES

    Standard Consultation: $120 (as of Dec 2024)

    All sessions are 60 minutes.
    Medicare rebates are not available.
    Please see FAQ for more details.

    Couples Counselling: $190

    Sessions are up to 90 minutes.
    Medicare rebates do not apply.

    NDIS Participants: $140

    Prices are per 60 minutes. Session fees differ slightly due to additional administration requirements and costs. I do not charge for additional reports, correspondence or advocacy letters.

    Counselling can be accessed under the NDIS Improved Daily Living 15_043_0128_1_3 line item.

    *Prices for mobile counselling for in-home services do have additional travel fees. Please enquire with me.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    I understand sometimes life happens, but for non-attendance / no-shows you will be charged the full session fee.

    Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will also be charged a fee.

  • PAYMENT

    For all clients, credit card details are kept on file to process payments or cancellation fees and are required at the time of booking.
